Lit by the setting sun, the 25-story 500-apartment building on the site of the former Joe Louis Arena is rapidly nearing completion.


Further down the giant warehouse with its famous Boblo sign is falling to the wrecking ball.


The sun is setting under [and on?] the Ambassador Bridge. Beneath it lies the beautifully refurbished Riverside Park.

And downriver the 700 foot + towers of the Gordie Howe Bridge rise as it nears its 2024 completion.
