REDWINGS VICTORY PARADE

Viewed from the People Mover at Grand Circus Park, a huge crowd had assembled long before the parade in spite of a steady rain fall.  Fortunately, the skies cleared two hours before the parade and the sun lit the wet pavement of Woodward.  In a class act, the losing team's Carolina Hurricanes owner Peter Karmonos hoisted a huge sign on his newly rising Compuware headquarters building [left middle ground] to congratulate the Wings.
