NEIGHBORHOOD MONTAGE

I know nothing about this magnificent hulk at 3rd and Collingwood. Yet it is so typical of our fabulous ruins, so strongly built that it defies neglect and elements. Scarred by scavengers who have pilfered some of its carved limestone it still makes a bold statement above the once pricey neighborhood where it stands.
