CASS & NEW CENTER RESTORATIONS

General Motor's departure from the New Center area has cast some unease over the future of the district.  However the  high quality and good condition of the commercial and residential buildings should insure its continuing revival.

The Fisher Building is Detroit's most extravagantly appointed building. A crown jewel of Detroit, it is a must-see for all who love architecture and quality.  The Albert Kahn designed skyscraper is currently for sale.
