Seville Apartments

The Cass Corridor's descent began earlier than Detroit's.  Already, by the sixties, its once grand but declining apartments were becoming flop houses as the district became Detroit's bowery, a zone of winked- at prostitution, alcoholics, drug dealers, strip joints and the destitute.
