BOOK TOWER

The troubled Book Tower has been foreclosed.  This copper-roofed icon of the Downtown Detroit skyline now faces an uncertain future.  Like many older buildings its infrastructure issues combined with declining demand for office space cloud the future of this elegant structure which seems to have little future other that serving as a hilltop for microwave communication dishes.
