Featured Site: Capitol Park

With the continuing restoration of the Cadillac Hotel and the arrival of the soon to rise Griswold Condominiums to its east, interest is shifting toward a long neglected gem of downtown Detroit, the nearby Capitol Park.  A tony shopping district until the mid 20th Century, Capitol Park fell into decline and eventually was reduced to seedy bus transportation exchange. Is this about to change?
