It's pretty common in offices to see a sign posted about perfume allergies. I work with a woman who develops severe headaches from strong perfume smells.

...and while I've been hit with some bad perfumes before, when someone reheats fish in our kitch the smell is enough to make the whole floor vomit. Not sure I can sue about that, though.

"refrain from wearing scented products, including but not limited to colognes, after-shave lotions, perfumes, deodorants, body/face lotions, hair sprays or similar products."
I think this goes a bit too far. No deodorant??? You won't be able to walk into the office!

I hear Mr. Feiger will sue for just about anything these days... so long as he thinks he can win, no change there though...

Any chance we could extend the lawsuit to curry overheated in microwaves?

A coworker once reheated haggis in the office microwave. Talk about rank! No one really complained though. It was just a memorable experience.
I thought it was illegal to import haggis. Knowing her, she probably made it after butchering the sheep herself!
