I am to the lean side but still have gout. When it flares it is painful. Looking for a tai chi class near downtown. I have gotten way too lazy. Cooking for Ron every 3 to 4 hours has added a little to my weight. The plus side is he has battled back to 127 from 112. New doctor for Ron. I want him back to 155. Only thing is the doctor did not perscribe his mood enhancer. Crabby is way beyond words.
Someone wanted a source for fresh fish. Finally tried Mr Fish, You buy, it we fry it, type place. My husband bought fresh black bass, brought it home, pan fried it with some herbs in olive oil. He waxed poetic. Fresh perch will be in after 3/21. Perch I can get excited about.
Got more strange mail and email again. Morbid old folk stuff. Not getting younger but not ready for the grave.
