Russell Industrial Center

After suffering years of decline and decay brought on by decreasing occupancy, the economic boom of the mid-nineties is reviving the Russell Industrial Center as a mixed business facility. Its virtually indestructible reinforced concrete structure is easily restored. Regrettably, its classic windows are being shoddily filled with cinder blocks.
