Heidelberg Project

The project has the appearance of the work of a primitive artist,  but it is actually a very conscious effort that exists with its own organization and, of course, website.

The controversy surrounding Heidelberg street has become greater than the art and could be characterized more of an ongoing performance artwork than simply a visual work of art.
