of the many joys of my labors is learning from the great
participants of this site who continually inform, correct,
and enlighten me and all who visit.

This concrete tower is in Ford Park, by the river.
A man I met there claimed it was the foundation of a
World War II
anti-aircraft gunnery tower. He had also had a few
